It is only 30 hours days until we are going to get on that plane! I wanted to explain the trip for those that are curious. China is 13 hours ahead in time, so I will likely post pics in the middle of the night here. Here is what our schedule will look like in China!

June 9- leave from Nashville and go to Newark. From Newark, we will head to Beijing!
June 10- we will arrive in Beijing and fight jet lag! No naps..no naps.. No naps.
June 11- free day
June 12 - we will tour Tiananmen Square , Forbidden City, take a rickshaw ride on a Hutong tour to eat lunch with a local family and then go to the Summer Palace!
June 13 - We will go to the MuTianYu segment of the Great Wall of China (complete with cable cars and a toboggan down 😳).
June 14 - we will depart Beijing and head to Zhengzhou via bullet train (almost 300mph!) to go to Joy's home providence. We will visit a Walmart to shop for our children's supplies!
June 15 - GOTCHA DAY!!!❤️ (this will be your Sunday night here and will post pics after we get back to the hotel around midnight)
June 16 - adoption finalization day!
June 17 - we will go on a 3.5 hour van ride to Jj's home orphanage and visit her finding spot. (nanyang social welfare Institute)
June 18 - visit Shaolin Temple
June 19 - free day
June 20 - we will depart Zhengzhou and fly to Guangzhou!
June 21- (Father's day and Eli's birthday I would like to add 😢)
June 22 - dragon boat festival (the boat races on the river) We should get to see some special things from this holiday!
June 23- Joy's medical appointment
June 24- TB Blood draw 😢😢
June 25 - CONSULATE appointment day. depart by van to go to Hong Kong.
June 26 - depart from Hong Kong and arrive in Chicago. From Chicago we head to Nashville and when our plane's wheels touch ground, we will have America's newest little citizen!!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸. I am already dreaming about seeing my children at the airport ALL together! ❤️👫👬👬❤️
